We are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to complete our team.
You will develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in Czech Republic and Slovakia to obtain sustainable growth and significant improvements in market share in both premium and value segments and to enhance the Company’s image and value proposition.
You directly manage the different product franchises, develop product launch strategies and implement marketing activities for existing and future products and drive topline business growth.
You also plan and execute product life cycles, gather market data and update competitive information, develop and implement promotional activities and communication campaigns in the market.
You directly report to the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, plan, direct and control Marketing Strategy / Products Strategy and Promotional Programs
• Prepare annual marketing budget preparation and adjustment
• Realization and execution of local marketing strategy in close cooperation with sales and local Country Manager and Lead Team
• Implement global marketing initiatives in the local countries - Product launches, Practice Management & MarCom campaigns - by adjusting local market relevant top spin
• Responsible for all marketing activities – customer programs, industry events, communication, product launches & special projects
• Develop and manage digital marketing activities to further drive the digital transformation
• Control and development of promotional, practice and patient material
• Establish and implement marketing & sales campaigns to drive portfolio in close cooperation with the local lead team, sales team and education manager
• Actively track sales performances of key initiatives and coordinate action plans with the sales department
• Represent the local market needs on a regional and international level through active participation in Hub, Regional and Global meetings and formats
• Act as sparring partner with regional and global teams to validate and to channel market needs to the global organization
• Establish marketing goals to grow the market shares in close cooperation with regional and global Marketing Management
• Establish sales forecasts annually and monitor monthly actual results to evaluate positioning
• Develop routine trending reports and revises projections as needed
• Country market data management in Czech Republic and Slovakia and conduct periodic competitive analysis to include pricing and product positioning, adjusting strategies as appropriate
• Acts as ‘gate keeper’ for assigned KOLs, manage relationship, evaluate ROLs for potential to be Rising Stars for KOLs (in direct alignment with local Education Manager)
• Build up local marketing and service support structure for different brands
• Organize and lead the further ITI development in Czech Republic and Slovakia together with ITI HQ in Basel
• Other responsibilities and tasks may be assigned or requested.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in life sciences and/or business administration, marketing or equivalent job experience
• 5 years of successful experience in a leadership role in Marketing
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen: able to understand and to deal with business risks and opportunities and to use a business potential for long-term prospective
• Marketing Management: succesful track record of developing and implementation of a marketing strategy and all marketing activities achieving agreed KPI’s
• People management: skilled in leading teams either - formation, team-building and developing, active leadership skills
• Fluent Czech & English, Slovak is a plus
• Strong commercial (sales) mindset
